Join us for a South East Asia-inspired supper club on Saturday 4th July 2015. We spent quite a while travelling in Asia and have a delicious menu planned. Come along and have your taste buds tingled. Here are the details:
The menu: Three courses of South East Asia-inspired dishes. Think chilli, lime, coconut milk, seafood, kaffir lime, galangal and lemon grass.

Salt and Pepper Squid with Sweet Chilli and Lime Sauce & Coriander Mayonnaise
Paired with William Bros Brewing Co. Birds & Bees Golden Summer Ale (4.3% ABV)
(Veggie option on request: New potato and Butternut Squash Rendang )
Thai Jasmine Rice, Crispy Shallots, Roasted Peanuts
Arjard – Spicy Cucumber Salad
Paired with Leytonstone Brewhouse Erin’s Wit Wheat Beer (4.8% ABV)
Hot Lime Souffle with softly whipped cream & candied peel
Paired with Leytonstone Brewhouse False Bottom Porter (4% ABV)
Jasmine Tea and Petit Fours
The beer: Bring along a bottle or two of beer, or anything else you fancy drinking. We’ve found that German-style wheat beers (Erdinger Weissbier for example) complement fragrant SE Asian flavours and cut through the heat. Porters and stouts will be delicious with the lime souffle. As usual, we will be providing a taste of a beer with each course.
The time: 7pm to 11pm, Saturday 4th July 2015

The cost: Suggested donation of £32 per person, payable in advance please. For three courses.
